First year dragon. Keep in mind this is one year in Lician terms so it's 501 days, not 365.
The body had taken a more adult shape, horns, claw, and spikes(if they exist) have blackened. Tail spikes emerge if they have them. There's little variation to scale size, shape, or color. Scales are arrow shaped but will shed off back to an oval shape at it's second year.
At this age, they'd be about the size of a german shepard. Vora form would be equivalent to an 5 year old.
